The convent dates back to the early 18th century and is used as a spiritual retreat, can be found in AÂ’ammiq.A’ammiq is 45km away from Beirut and located in the Manasif Al-Chouf, the town overlooks the Damour river valley.The river area of the town features an old grinding mill that dates back hundreds of years, with an old cave that can be found on the river’s road.
